2007 "Pedigree" Chardonnay
The bouquet shows melon and white peach characters while the palate has a creamy, buttery mouth feel with a hint of butterscotch running through the palate from the lees stirring and barrel fermentation in new French oak.

2008 Verdelho "Ella"
Pineapple and tropical fruits on the nose. This wine has a lovely, soft and gentle texture on entry to the mouth, with a long ligering tropical characters and very good persistence.
Chilled - with Thai or Asian spicy foods

2008 Goldielocks "Sweet White"
A blend of Verdelho, Chardonnay and white Muscat grapes with a fruity nose and Muscat hit up front - a nicely balanced palate of sweetness, fruit and acid.
Serve Icy cold on a summer's day - fantastic with Thai flavours.

2006 Tempranillo "The Spaniard" 1 Silver 3 Bronze Medals
Bright red hues, is light to medium bodied showing red fruits. The palate is broad and expressive with fine tannins and good acid structure.
With paella of course, or pasta or antipasto, or a slab of pecorino cheese!

2006 Shiraz Vioginer "Rhone Ranger" Bronze medal
Bright red hues with aromas of black cherry. Dark plum, pepper and spice on the palate with good acid and gentle tannin balance.
Perfect for the wine drinking carnivores! Also great with game meats or rich red pastas.

Deep red hues with aromas of cassis, tobacco, green olive and understated French oak. Black currant and cassis on the palate with soft juicy tannins.

A deep red wine showing dark cherries on the nose, cherries and blackcurrant on the palate and good acid and velvety tannins - all the right qualities to assist in cellaring for about 5 years.

Shiraz "Bin 218"
Non vintage Shiraz from 2004 and 2005 grapes. Deep red hues, the savoury nose is complex with hints of olive. The palate has a hint of sweet fruit upfront followed by red berries, finishing with pepper, spice and soft tannins
