Booking Terms and Conditions


Upon booking a 10% deposit will be required with the balance due on day of arrival.


If a guest is seeking to cancel their booking and the day of contact is up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged and any money paid will be refunded.

If a guest is seeking to cancel later than 7 days or in case of a no show, the total price of reservation will be charged.

 If a guest is seeking to postpone the date of a booking and the request is made greater than 3 days before the date of arrival, then the booking can be postponed without penalty.

If a guest is seeking to postpone the date of a booking and the request is made under 3 days, before the date of arrival, (excluding the date of arrival), then a charge of 50% will be applied.

If a guest rings on the day of their arrival seeking to change or cancel their booking, then full payment for the booking will be charged.



We often have requests for specific cabins, such as pet stays, group stays, guests who require the accessible cabin and guests who have allergies. We take every reasonable effort to accommodate these requests, however unfortunately we are not able to guarantee these preferences.



We know that the world has changed and there is always going to be uncertainty around booking your holiday in the age of a pandemic, so here is our approach to making this work:

In the event that you get COVID within 5 days of your stay date, we would ask you to provide evidence of a positive COVID result. ridgemill estate will then offer you a choice between one of the following:

The opportunity to reschedule your booking to a future date.

A voucher to the amount you paid for you to use at ridgemill estate within 12 months from the date the voucher was created.
