Friday 6 February 

Vertical Tasting Experience

6:30 PM (allow 1:5 hours)

COST: Non members — $50 | Members — $40

Take a deep dive into the evolution of our Riesling, tasting five vintages from 2021–2025, paired with a selection of charcuterie. This is a unique and special opportunity to spend time with winemaker Peter McGlashan, as he guides you through the nuances of each wine. It’s the perfect way to sneak a taste of wine club life and kick start the weekend!

Farm Tour 

11:00 AM (allow 1 hour) | COST: FREE

Available to club members, non members & friends as an optional extra when booking to attend the Top Dog Twilight Dinner.

Meet us at Valiente el Toro (AKA-the bull) and take a walk through the vineyard. It’s a special time of year, full of promise and anticipation as this Top Dog day falls right during vintage and honestly, if you’re a wine lover, it’s the best time of year to visit!

Saturday 7 February 

Top Dog Twilight Dinner (fire feast + matched wines)

5:30 PM (for 6:00pm start)

COST: Non members — $95 | Members — $85

Gather for a three course fire feast with Martin, Michelle and winemaker Peter McGlashan exploring our new release wines and a selection of ‘museum wines’. Catering by Lizzie Sabo, each flame cooked dish uses exceptional local produce and is matched to the wines, creating a generous relaxed feast, that celebrates good food, great wine and shared moments.
