At ridgemill we like to offer local and regional products in the cellar door.
The Granite Belt has a number of key producers that create a wide range of things from apples, cheese, chutneys and other artisan producers.
We offer a range of local products for sale in the cellar door.
Jamworks
Are located just south of Stanthorpe at Glen Aplin. Produce a large range of products from jams to relishes. When in the area drop by and have a bite to eat in their café. Or buy one of our Gourmet Cheese platters to have with your wine.
Stanthorpe Cheese
Located north of Stanthorpe at Thulimbah they produce and sell a large range of cheese all made from their very own milk.
Cooks Apple Factory
Neil and his family produce the very popular Apple juice that we use in our accommodation for our breakfast hampers. You can also stock up on it and their apple cider vinegar from our cellar door.
Cypress Ridge Garlic
Grown and produced at Ballandean south of Stanthorpe. Their products range from crushed garlic to caramelised Garlic Balsamic. Also their black garlic is worth trying.
Australian Bee Products
Providing pure, delicious raw honey, honey products and beekeeping supplies Australia wide.
Local Apples
Apples are one of the biggest farming produce on the granite belt. Apple season is from early February through to May. We use our local apples in our cabins.
Byron Bay Chocolates
Not quite local but a luscious chocolate collection that’s hard to pass up.
