‘Ellie’ 2019 Sparkling Brut Blanc de Blanc
This wine is named after the first ridgemill estate grandchild, Ellie is a lovely bright bubbly young lady who is always the life of the party.
Bright appearance with lovely exuberant effervescents, aromas of lemon butter, Grapefruit, and green apple. The palate shows lovely citrus fruit, texture and complexity from the small addition of cognac at dosage, giving the wine lovely yet delicious nuttiness that works very nicely with the hints of brioche and the citrus fruits.

Green and yellow hues with wafting aromas of lemon sherbet and musk. The palate, delicious with lemons, limes that sing on the palate, with a chorus of orange flowers, slate, wet river pebbles and talc. Gorgeous supple texture and mouthfeel with the trademark Riesling acidity singing backups.
