Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, we are happy to offer a full refund for Easter Saturday at ridgemill estate cancellations made up to 24 hours prior 4 April 2026. To request a cancellation, please email us at [email protected] (excludes accommodation bookings).
Should I bring anything?
For your comfort, we recommend you dress warm clothes and pack a picnic rug. Please note that this is not a BYO event, food and drinks can be purchased on site.
Will there be food for guests with dietary requirements?
When booking, you can let us know of any dietary preferences and we’ll pass this on to the caterer.
What if the weather is bad?
ridgemill estate reserves the right to cancel the event at any time due to inclement weather. Notification will be provided by 12:00 PM on 4 April 2026, and any monies paid will be refunded in full if the event is cancelled due to weather.
