Held on Friday, 6 February 2026, this intimate evening tasting, begins at 6:30 pm and runs for approximately 1.5 hours. Guests are invited to explore five Riesling vintages from 2021–2025, tasted side by side and paired with a curated charcuterie selection.

The tasting offers insight into the subtle differences between each vintage, shaped by season, site and winemaking decisions. It’s a relaxed, informative session designed for wine lovers who enjoy understanding what’s in the glass, without it feeling formal or intimidating.

Open to members and non members, this experience serves as the opening event for the Top Dog Wine Club Day on Saturday, 7 February. Highlights of the wine club day include the Top Dog Long Lunch, featuring a three course fire feast matched with new release and museum wines.
