Ridgemill Estate Returns to the Queensland Tourism Awards Stage, Winning Silver Once Again
Ridgemill Estate is celebrating a remarkable achievement after being awarded Silver in the Self-Contained Accommodation category at the 2025 Queensland Tourism Awards — marking a successful return to the state’s premier tourism accolades.
The win carries special significance for the team.
In 2019 during their first-ever nomination they also claimed Silver, before stepping back from the awards program due to COVID and personal commitments.
Returning in 2025 and once again securing Silver reflects the consistency, care and genuine hospitality that sit at the heart of everything we do.
“Our Cabins in the Vineyard have always been a labour of love, and this award is a wonderful recognition of the authentic Granite Belt experience we strive to create for every guest.”, says owner Michelle Feenan
Delivered by the Queensland Tourism Industry Council (QTIC), the Queensland Tourism Awards celebrated their 40th year in 2025, drawing more than 900 tourism operators from across the state. Judges noted the exceptional standard of entries, making this year’s results especially meaningful for all recognised operators.
This year also saw a record number of Granite Belt entrants, with five local operators recognised. The strong regional showing highlights the Granite Belt’s growing reputation for excellence, innovation and unforgettable visitor experiences.
