Held at ridgemill estate in Queensland’s Granite Belt Wine Country, this day is a celebration of wine, food and the community that surrounds it. It’s designed for people who enjoy wine as part of real life — not just in tasting rooms, but at the table, in the kitchen and shared with friends.

The highlight of the weekend is the Top Dog Twilight Dinner, a three course fire feast, celebrating the best of Granite Belt cuisine. Catered by Lizzie Sabo, each dish is visually exciting and thoughtfully paired with ridgemill estate’s new release and special museum wines, making it a feast for both the eyes and the palate!
For a bit of behind the scenes fun, there is a complimentary farm tour available to guests booking the twilight dinner.
A Vertical Tasting experience (Riesling) is also on offer on Friday, 6 February, featuring five Riesling vintages (2021–2025) tasted side by side with a curated charcuterie selection in a relaxed, small group setting.
All experiences are open to members and non members, inviting everyone to enjoy exceptional wine, food and connection in one of Queensland’s most celebrated wine regions.
