Vertical Tasting Experience: Explore Five Riesling Vintages at Ridgemill Estate
If you’re looking for a winery experience in Stanthorpe that goes beyond a cellar door tasting, this Vertical Tasting experience offers something genuinely special.
Held on Friday, 6 February 2026, the evening begins at 6:30 pm and runs for approximately 1.5 hours. Guests will explore five Riesling vintages (2021–2025) tasted side by side and paired with a curated charcuterie selection.
The tasting offers insight into the subtle differences between each vintage, shaped by season, site and winemaking decisions. It’s a relaxed, informative experience designed for wine lovers who enjoy understanding what’s in the glass, without it feeling formal or intimidating.
Open to members and non members, the evening offers a welcoming introduction to the ridgemill estate wine club community ahead of the Top Dog Wine Club Day Saturday 7 February.
Whether you’re local to Stanthorpe or visiting the region, this Vertical Tasting is a thoughtful, small group experience that celebrates Riesling, conversation and time well spent with fellow wine enthusiasts.
