Should I bring anything?
Come prepared to relax! Bring a picnic rug, outdoor chairs (if you prefer your own seating) and a light jacket for when the sun goes down. Please note this is not a BYO event — delicious food, wine, beer, cider and soft drinks will be available to purchase on site.
Will there be food for guests with dietary requirements?
When booking, you can let us know of any dietary preferences and we’ll pass this on to the caterer.
What if the weather is bad?
ridgemill estate reserves the right to cancel the event at any time due to inclement weather. Notification will be provided by 12:00 PM on 3 Oct 2026, and any monies paid will be refunded in full if the event is cancelled due to weather.
What if I need to cancel?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, we are happy to offer a full refund for the King’s Birthday Long Weekend at ridgemill estate cancellations made up to 24 hours prior 3 October 2026. To request a cancellation, please email us at [email protected] (excludes accommodation bookings)
